How We Work & Our Fees

bulletWe only charge commission, normally 3%, when a property is purchased through us. 
bulletBefore we impart details of land to you, we must receive your signed agreement to this. 

bulletYour payment to us is at the time of completion of your property purchase. 

What You Need To Have In Place Before Completion Date

To buy land in Romania, the buyer must have a company already registered in Romania.

We can assist the buyer in the formation of a company and, if required, we can act on his/her behalf in the forming of this company.

Company formation is a simple and inexpensive process which takes about one week and costs not more than £1,500.

The buyer must also have a company bank account in Romania which can be set up within one week, and funds must be in this account to complete the transaction and to pay the necessary fees.  These fees are: commission and up to 1% each of Notary fees and stamp duty.
